Help with sign-in, syncing, optional AI tools, exports, and account management for the iPhone app and web app.

Contact Support

Email alan@genesisdata.com.au for support. Include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the problem so it can be reproduced quickly.

Common Help

  • Sign in uses Sign in with Apple and requires a working Apple ID on the device.
  • Notes sync against the same account on iPhone and the web app.
  • AI answers use only the note scope you choose. Open a citation to inspect the supporting note, and review generated content before saving it.
  • Voice notes require browser microphone permission. You can keep working while an uploaded recording is transcribed.
  • Exports are generated as markdown ZIP files when requested from the app.

Delete Your Account

Open the iPhone app and go to Settings > Account Deletion to permanently remove the account, synced notes, exports, AI jobs and recipes, temporary recordings, and active sessions.
