Privacy Policy

Weiming Note is a private note workspace. It does not run ads, does not sell user data, and does not use third-party analytics or cross-app tracking.

What We Collect

Your Sign in with Apple account identifier and email address.
Your note content and note metadata needed to sync between the iPhone app and web app.
Export files you request so markdown ZIP downloads can be generated and delivered.
Session records needed to keep you signed in securely.

How Data Is Used

Authenticate your account with Sign in with Apple.
Sync notes between devices and keep edits consistent.
Generate export files you explicitly request.
Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Retention and Deletion

Account data is kept only while your account remains active. You can permanently delete your account from the iPhone app in Settings > Account Deletion. That removes the account, synced notes, exports, and active sessions.
