What We Collect

• Your Sign in with Apple account identifier and email address.
• Your note content and note metadata needed to sync between the iPhone app and web app.
• Export files you request so markdown ZIP downloads can be generated and delivered.
• Questions, instructions, selected note excerpts, and generated results when you choose to use an AI feature.
• Voice recordings and transcripts when you choose to create a note from a recording.
• Session records needed to keep you signed in securely.

How Data Is Used

• Authenticate your account with Sign in with Apple.
• Sync notes between devices and keep edits consistent.
• Generate export files you explicitly request.
• Provide optional grounded answers, writing proposals, briefs, and voice transcription through Cloudflare Workers AI. AI changes are shown for review and are not silently applied to your notes.
• Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Cloudflare states that Workers AI customer content is not used to train its available AI models or improve its services without explicit consent. See Cloudflare's Workers AI data-usage policy.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review generated text and its cited note excerpts before relying on or saving it.

Retention and Deletion

Account data is kept only while your account remains active. You can permanently delete your account from the iPhone app in Settings > Account Deletion. That removes the account, synced notes, exports, AI jobs and recipes, temporary recordings, and active sessions.

A voice recording is stored only while its transcription job needs it and is deleted after successful or terminal processing. Expired or abandoned AI job data is removed by scheduled maintenance, and a bucket lifecycle expires any stranded recording after eight days.
